Mr Colin Monk - Pro Vice Chancellor, University of Brighton
Colin Monk's degree from King's College, University of London is in Chemistry. He later gained a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business in America. He joined ESSO Petroleum in London and after Business School worked for Baxter Healthcare in Chicago, Brazil and France. He returned to London where he started up Memtec Europe. He later became a governor of his local college and after nine years at the University of Portsmouth joined the University of Brighton as Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Business and Marketing).

Mr Bruce Hayter - Managing Partner of Rix & Kay
Bruce is managing partner of leading Sussex solicitors Rix and Kay .Before joining Rix and Kay 5 years ago he worked in industry for 10 years as in-house lawyer ,company secretary and director of a large locally based company. Bruce is also a director of Hailsham Trust a not for profit enterprise company and he is also a member of the Wealden Education Business Partnership. Bruce lives in Eastbourne with his wife and two daughters.

John Males - Partner, Watson Associates
John studied at the University of Brighton in Accountancy and Finance. After which he studied for his Institute of Chartered Accountants on England and Wales, whilst working in private practice. John is now in his fifth year as a partner at Watson Associates, a leading and proactive firm of accountants in Sussex. He focuses on the practical application of academic and professional studies, combined with a genuine desire to drive owner managed businesses forward. He is a member of a number of networking groups in the 1066 area and supports the Capitalise Business Support Loan Panel. John lives in Eastbourne with his wife and two sons.
